Shipping & Returns


bukit & soul aims to deliver the customer's items to the destination of their choice in the shortest possible time with the most economic cost.

bukit & soul offers different shipping methods in order to meet your shipping needs. (Please check your shipping options at check out).

Deliveries within Spain are handled by MRW, and internationally with the Spanish Post Service / Correos and local couriers.

Once the order is received, the product will be dispatched in one business day, after confirmation of received payment. We estimate delivery between 2-6 working days in deliveries within Spain, and 8 to 12 working days in deliveries outside of Spain, depending on the delivery destination. If you have placed multiple orders in the same day, note that they may be delivered separately, at different times.

If you wish that your purchase is shipped with an express service please email us at so we can budget it for you and organize the shipment accordingly.

Please note that if you supplied us with an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible for failure to deliver. If you would like to change the delivery address, this must be communicated to us before dispatch.



You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes of your country. To release the goods from customs, you will need to pay the tax amount upon arrival.



bukit & soul strives for customer satisfaction and therefore accepts exchanges within 14 days of receipt of order.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. if the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.

We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. Once your return arrives within at the return address please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised. 

Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and labels attached. If the product does not meet our criteria, the item will be returned to the customer.
The goods must be returned in the same package.

Refunds take a few days to process. Once we receive the return request, we inspect the item(s) and ensure that the item(s) is in perfect condition. We will send an email indicating that we will process/reject the refund request. Refunds vary, and are determined by your credit card/issuing bank (we estimate 14 working days). Bukit & soul will not refund import taxes and custom duties and other costs than de price paid by the customer for the item.
