Deliveries are handled by MRW, FEDEX, and local couriers.
Once the order is received, the product will be dispatched in one business day, after confirmation of received payment. We estimate delivery between 2-6 working days in deliveries within Spain, and 8 to 12 working days in deliveries outside of Spain, depending on the delivery destination. If you have placed multiple orders in the same day, note that they may be delivered separately, at different times.
By placing an order with bukit & soul, you accept all shipping terms and conditions.
Please note that if you supplied us with an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible for failure to deliver. If you would like to change the delivery address, this must be communicated to us before dispatch.
SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TIME
You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes of your country. To release the goods from customs, you will need to pay the tax amount upon arrival.
bukit & soul strives for customer satisfaction and therefore accepts exchanges within 14 days of receipt of order. The order will be pick up in the same shipping address. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and labels attached. If the product does not meet our criteria, the item will be returned to the customer.
The goods must be returned in the same package. All changes will be made using the same original shipping service. We reserve the right not to accept returns.
Please be aware that changes are not accepted in lingerie products.
We can only accept exchanges from the original shipping address.

As part of the bukit & soul customer satisfaction promise, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to a full refund. In order to receive your refund, products must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and labels attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be eligible for a refund.
All items purchased at full price are eligible for free returns.
Returns are easy. Simply return the item within 14 days of receipt. Prior to that, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will schedule the pick up. Please note that we can only pick items up from the same address it was shipped to. Also, please note that the refund will not be processed until we receive the item back and check that it complies with the conditions set forth hereto.
